Warranty Coverage
We are committed to providing high-quality electrical services. Therefore, we offer a one-year warranty on all electrical work performed. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship and materials used during the installation or repair process.
Coverage Details
Duration: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of service completion.
Scope: This warranty covers repairs or replacements necessary due to faulty workmanship or materials directly related to the work we performed.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications made by others.
Post-Warranty Requests: Requests received after the 1-year warranty period has ended will be estimated and invoiced using the current rates offered at the time the call is received.

At Quality Electrical Service, we take every precaution to perform our work safely and professionally. However, it’s possible that damage may occur during the process. We are not responsible for damage to existing fixtures, components, or systems that occurs during standard inspection, removal, or troubleshooting when such damage results from:

- Age-related deterioration
- Rust, corrosion, or other environmental damage
- Improper prior installation or maintenance
Many electrical and mechanical components—especially those exposed to outdoor conditions—can become fragile or unstable over time. In such cases, even routine handling may lead to failure through no fault of our technicians.
We will always do our best to inform you of potential risks before proceeding and will document pre-existing conditions whenever possible. If damage occurs due to factors beyond our control, the cost of replacement or repair shall be the responsibility of the property owner.
